About Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service that allows patrons of one library system to borrow physical materials or receive electronic documents from another library. Webster Parish Libraries utilize a system called LoanSHARK to efficiently process and fulfill these requests.

Explore the LoanSHARK system to locate the materials you need. To access LoanSHARK, click here. If an item is available at another institution, you can submit a request, and we will make every effort to acquire it for you. LoanSHARK deliveries are typically made twice a week; however, the schedule may vary. Once your requested items arrive at one of our locations, you will be notified for pickup.
