Your libraries provide access to information and resources for all members of the community. Your library exists in physical and digital forms and offer various services, including but not limited to books, magazines, newspapers, movies, music, eBooks, audiobooks, databases, and more.
Whether you're looking to stream your favorite TV shows, catch up on the latest movies, or explore new channels, our Roku devices make it easy and convenient. Here’s what you need to know:

• This is a pilot program which means that we are evaluating the process of introducing these devices into circulation. There are a limited number of devices available, so they are offered on a first-come, first served basis at your Minden library branch.
​
• You must be a Webster Parish resident aged 18 or older with a non-probationary status Webster Parish Libraries card in good standing (no overdue materials and/or fines). Don’t forget to bring your valid ID and library card with you!
​
• Each borrower may only checkout one Roku at a time and only one Roku per household is allowed.
​
• Rokus will be checked out for a period of seven days. Rokus are renewable for an additional seven days IF there are no holds on the device.
​​
• Once you are notified that the device is available, the library will only keep the device for five days before it is made available to the next patron waiting.
​
• You must have a Wi-Fi connection to use these devices. These devices do use internet data.
